What is the delivery time?
The delivery time varies based on the shipping location and carrier availability. Please note that once an order is placed, I will carefully package it before shipping. This preparation process may slightly extend the overall delivery timeframe. After your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is completely free on all orders! There are no hidden fees—just enjoy your purchase without any extra cost! At this time, I only offer shipping within the United States.
Do you accept returns?
Yes, you can return the artwork within 14 days of receiving it. To ensure the artwork's safety during transit, it must be returned in its original packaging and securely packed. The painting must arrive in the same condition as it was sent. If you wish to initiate a return, please feel free to contact me at support@fernandaartistry.com. The shipping fees are paid by the customer.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order within 7 days if your order has not been shipped already. If you cancel any later, you will receive 70% of your order value and will be responsible for any additional shipping costs.
Commissioned Art
Can I order commissioned art?
Please email me at support@fernandaartistry.com to discuss your request. I take on limited commissions but would love to see if I can make it happen for you!
Are commissioned artworks the same price as ones listed online?
No, commissions are priced slightly higher because they involve additional materials, time, and effort, including the creative planning process and consultations with the buyer.
